Kick-off meeting
Yesterday, the kick-off meeting of the was held in Valencia in order to formally start the AiRT Project. This meeting was organized in order to understand the following goals:
- to ensure that all involved partners are familiar and share a common understanding of the approved proposal
- to review project scope, definition and objectives
- to review high-level timeline & milestones, roles, and budget
- to review deliverables
- to review challenges
- to establish communication channels between partners
- to explain next steps
In total 26 participants from the four partners attended the meeting.
Clearhead Media was in charge with the filming of the event, and the edited material will be used fo further communication purposes. The start has been made! The meeting took place in a pleasant atmosphere and participants are motivated to start working together on this big challenge
